General Delivery info

Order Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 6:30 PM are usually shipped the same day from our warehouse. We offer free standard shipping on all kind of orders

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Some areas may have limited delivery services, and delays can occur due to remote locations or adverse weather conditions. While we strive to process and ship orders quickly, slight delays may happen during peak seasons (sales, holidays, and promotional events).

Receiving Your Order
A signature is typically required upon delivery, but our delivery partners can accommodate contactless delivery upon request. Please note that this is not a named delivery service—anyone at the provided address may sign for the package. Laveida Apparel is not responsible for lost or missing orders signed for at multi-occupancy addresses (e.g., offices or apartment buildings).

Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will attempt delivery three times on consecutive business days. If the package is not claimed within five days without communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Packaging Details
During sales periods, orders may be shipped in eco-friendly packaging. Items are wrapped in tissue paper and packed in 100% recyclable, discreet brown boxes with no external branding. We currently do not offer gift packaging.

Peak Season Delays
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery during busy seasons.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned.
  • For hygiene reasons, accessories, intimates, and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email returns@laveidaapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Laveida Apparel is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@laveidaapparel.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a description of the issue for faster assistance.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is posted.
    3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.
